A useful distinction
A short description can identify the principal components, method and intended presentation. Vague praise does little to explain what a reader is considering. A description should also avoid presenting unconfirmed ingredients or a borrowed regional identity as facts.
Put it into practice
Use the actual recipe or author’s description as your starting point. Name confirmed ingredients and identify your adaptation. If information is missing, leave the uncertainty visible. The result can be welcoming and specific without claiming authenticity, health benefits or allergy safety.
