A useful distinction
A visually tidy counter can still combine foods and utensils in an unsuitable sequence. FDA guidance distinguishes cleaning, separation, cooking and chilling. Presentation is not a substitute for those practices in the actual kitchen.
Put it into practice
Plan suitable boards, utensils and storage according to the food being handled. Follow the maintained guidance and the complete recipe, including required cooking checks. Treat the journal’s generated kitchen images as subject illustrations, not demonstrations that every handling step has been completed.
